With the lovely weather we can throw the doors of the box wide open and welcome in the spring sunshine and air! We can even run some of our classes on the grass outside too.

Whether you prefer running, cycling, or hiking, there are plenty of opportunities to get outside and stay active.
In addition to some group outdoor activities, our gym offers a variety of personal training and group classes. Our experienced trainers can work with you to develop a personalised fitness plan that meets your needs and helps you reach your goals.

Even if you prefer to train alone, our gym has everything you need to stay fit and healthy. You will be given guidance and support during you 1:1 sessions.
