DamStrong Jiu Jitsu was established in 2022 with the express purpose of creating the premier Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club in Shropshire. Our students' success is our top priority, driving us to work tirelessly to provide excellent tuition with techniques proven effective.
Coaching Team
The team was founded and is coached by Charlie Bertoia. With nearly 10 years of Jiu Jitsu practice, Charlie has trained at several gyms under highly regarded professors in the industry. Our gym is affiliated with Professor Joonas Savolainen who trains under Professor Jeff Lawson at Ippon Gym, Bournemouth.
