With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Graham is passionate about helping people to achieve their fitness goals, both physically and mentally. His journey in fitness began when he started going to the gym at university and then loving Powerlifting and Ultramarathons. He has competed in both Power Lifting competition and a 50 mile fell race 7 days apart. Over the years, he has developed a deep understanding of the human body and how to help people transform their physical and mental well-being. Graham is a certified personal trainer and is committed to ongoing education and development in the fitness industry. Graham’s passion for fitness is matched only by his desire to help others. He is dedicated to providing a supportive and welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels, where they can connect with like-minded individuals and work towards their goals together. As co-founder of Dam Strong Gym, Graham’s vision is to provide a unique outdoor gym experience that combines physical fitness with mental strength.
